Complete mobile unit for installation of UV LED-cured CIPP liners. Designed for 4" to 60" pipes in sewer, storm drain, and industrial drainage applications.
TUBEPOL's CIPP/UV LED Truck represents the most advanced evolution of trenchless rehabilitation in Mexico. Built on a 6x4 PTR platform, it integrates all the systems needed to cure liners impregnated with polyester, vinyl ester, or fiberglass resin using high-intensity ultraviolet light.
Unlike traditional steam or hot water curing systems, the UV LED system offers significantly faster curing times (0.5 to 1.5 meters per minute), precise thermal control, and eliminates the need to generate steam or heat large volumes of water. The result is a more efficient, environmentally responsible operation with lower operational risk.
The system includes a 120 kVA integrated generator, PLC control with HMI touchscreen interface for real-time monitoring, color HD CCTV camera for inspection before, during, and after curing, and 8 temperature sensors distributed along the liner to ensure compliance with ASTM F-1216 and F-2019 standards.
Designed for active industrial operations (Nestlé, FEMSA, COVESTRO), municipal networks (SACMEX, Agua de Puebla), highway drains (CAPUFE, PINFRA), and oil and gas applications (PEMEX), it enables pipeline rehabilitation without halting production or impacting communities.
