TUBEPOL — Rehabilitación de infraestructura hidráulica
CIPP polyester felt liner inflated during thermal steam curing process, connected to steam generator at industrial plant.
Trenchless technology

CIPP - Thermal

Heat-cured structural liner. The longest-proven CIPP technology worldwide.

A new structural pipe inside the existing one, installed without excavation and cured with steam or hot water. Ideal for large diameters and long runs. ASTM F-1216 certified.

CIPP-Thermal (Cured-in-Place Pipe with thermal curing) is the most proven and mature version of trenchless CIPP rehabilitation. It renews existing pipelines from the inside — without excavation — by installing a liner impregnated with thermoset resin that cures through steam or hot water circulated inside the liner.

How it works:

The process begins with a CCTV inspection to diagnose the pipeline's condition. The resin-impregnated liner is then introduced through an existing manhole, either by inversion (using air or water pressure) or by pull-in-place method. Once in position, steam or hot water is circulated through the liner, activating the resin curing process and producing a new structural pipe fully integrated into the existing one.

Why CIPP-Thermal:

It is the longest-proven CIPP technology in the world, with decades of validation in municipal and industrial projects. It is particularly suited for large diameters, long runs, and applications where UV curing is not optimal. The cured liner complies with ASTM F-1216 and ASTM F-2019 standards, with an estimated service life of over 50 years.

At TUBEPOL, we combine both curing technologies — UV and thermal — to deliver the optimal solution based on each project's diameter, length, and field conditions.

Proprietary methodology

TPCS™ Methodology

TPCS — Tubería Polimérica Curada en Sitio (Polymeric Pipe Cured In Place) — is TUBEPOL's proprietary methodology for trenchless rehabilitation of hydraulic networks. We apply this technology in both UV-cured and thermal-cured variants, with over 10 years of presence in the Mexican market. The methodology is recognized in the technical specifications of Mexico's leading infrastructure agencies. The full nominal denomination is currently in the process of trademark registration with IMPI.

A large group of construction workers in green hard hats and high-visibility vests pose for a nighttime photo behind a large black pipe and a blue metal support structure beneath an illuminated highway overpass. In the foreground, there is a large hole with wooden planks, and scattered yellow ropes. Bright floodlights light the scene.
detailed view of a heavy-duty hydraulic crane lifting a massive, rectangular CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) thermal liner. The liner, wrapped in white protective plastic, is suspended by straps beneath a massive concrete highway overpass. Sunlight reflects off the white plastic. To the left, a yellow metal frame structure is visible. In the foreground, four construction workers manage the operation; they all wear green hard hats and high-visibility vests. The central-left worker, seen from behind, has a high-visibility green vest with the text "TUBEPOL" clearly printed on it. The background shows a clear blue sky and other construction materials.
